We are not responsible for accidents or injury, nor for loss of any money, jewelry or valuables of any kind suffered by our guests from whatever cause. I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for the full amount of the charges as well as any charges associated with any damages to or missing items from the unit resulting from actions of myself or any members of my party. Smoking in a designated nonsmoking room is against our hotel policy. A $250 fee is in place for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
